If you are buying or selling a property in Tenerife I can highly recommend Tenerife Property shop and in particular "Laurence" their main Secretary who did the paper work and complicated calculations for me both on purchase and sale of my property 15 years later.

The sale is particularly complicated calculating how much you have to pay for each item up to the hour of the sale.and how much you will receive after all the deductions. I asked many questions and Laurence answered them all quickly and clearly and I was very thankful she was at the Notary with me to explain what was happening.
